Alaska Immigration Justice Project "Portraits"

I realized I was completely remiss in not posting anything up about the book I edited as part of my Leadership Anchorage Project for the Alaska Immigration Justice Project.  In short, we had five writers matched with five artists from UAA to produce a book on the first hand experiences of families who immigrated to Alaska.  The end product just about killed everyone to finish in the space of a few months, but  it was very well received, with two gallery shows at the Loussac Library and the UAA Consortium Library as well as tv and newspaper coverage.

The final project has been given away at the AIJP offices and is free to read on the web.
